I need a favor!

I am asking this on my own without Wendy's knowledge (although she will read this soon enough)!

Wendy is taking a few days with the boys and going away with another family this coming weekend. This is a well due break from the past approx. 120 days she has spent at the hospital. Scott really wants her to go and enjoy herself. But, as you could imagine she is sick at the thought of not being with him for even a few days.

This is where my favor comes in... I know that Wendy would be more relaxed and have more fun with Christian and Caiden if she new that Scott had some company. I know there are those of you who do visit regularly and some who really want to. PLEASE GO! I know that there is a fear of not knowing what to say or being too emotional. Some of you are just afraid to see him in person. I can honestly tell you that there is nothing to be nervous about. You can't say the wrong thing. Just regular conversation works! He looks fantastic. Since the last photos, he has had his hair shaved back to his normal "do" and is growing a goatee so he looks just as you remember him. The trach hole is closed and there are no tubes or machines. He would love to see you!

Now, having said all that. It could get crazy with all of you rushing in there at once. So, if you will be able to go this weekend; Fri. Sat. or Sunday. It might be a good idea to call Wendy and let her know when you plan to be there so she can kind of get a little visitors schedule going. If you need her number you can email me triciabeaman@aol.com I'm afraid if I post it on the web she might just be a tad upset.

I knew I could count on you! I'm glad to know that my bestfriend can enjoy herself for a few days!
