More Damage than Originally Thought

I spoke with Scott's Dad this morning. He said the surgery last night took a lot longer than it was supposed to because the surgeon found more torn ligaments in Scott's neck than was expected. They were told this is usually fatal. Thank God Scott was resilient enough to survive the accident at all. Scott will be recovering in ICU for a couple of days and then will be moved to another room for a day or two before they can transport him.
